How the Process Works
- Speak with the Patient Care Coordinator.
- She reviews the treatment of interest and directs the consultation to Dr. Werde or Dr. Schreiber.
- Purchase the $295 physician consultation using the payment link above.
- After payment is confirmed, the patient receives a brief request for preferred consultation days and time ranges.
- The Patient Care Coordinator reviews the availability and calls the patient to schedule the actual appointment.
- The patient receives a separate appointment confirmation after the consultation is scheduled.
Payment confirms the consultation purchase but does not automatically reserve an appointment time.
Consultation Credit
If the patient books the recommended treatment within 30 days of the physician consultation, the $295 consultation fee is applied toward the treatment cost.
The consultation remains a professional service even if treatment is not recommended or the patient decides not to proceed.
Before Treatment
Some treatments may require additional laboratory testing, medical records, consent, or a Comprehensive Precision Evaluation before they can be prescribed or performed.
