A clear process—from your first questions to an individualized plan.
1. Choose Where to Begin
Discovery Questionnaire
Start here if you want to introduce yourself, share your concerns, and determine the most appropriate next step.
Precision Introduction
A focused conversation for patients who want to understand the practice, discuss their priorities, and decide whether a comprehensive evaluation is the right fit.
Comprehensive Precision Evaluation
Begin directly with an in-depth physician evaluation for individualized testing, treatment planning, and long-term health optimization.
2. Tell Us Your Story
Before your comprehensive visit, you complete a detailed health assessment covering:
- Current concerns
- Medical and family history
- Medications and supplements
- Nutrition, sleep, movement, and recovery
- Environmental exposures
- Prior testing and treatment
- Health priorities and goals
Existing records and previous laboratory results can be included.
3. Meet With Your Physician
Your physician reviews the available information, asks focused follow-up questions, and identifies the most important clinical priorities.
The goal is not to order everything. It is to determine what is already known, what remains uncertain, and what information would meaningfully change the plan.
4. Build Your Testing Plan
Testing is selected individually according to clinical relevance, prior results, cost, convenience, and patient burden.
Whenever practical, testing is consolidated to reduce unnecessary collection visits and complexity.
5. Interpret the Results
Your results are reviewed together—not as isolated numbers.
We examine relationships among symptoms, history, medications, laboratory findings, physiology, risk, and long-term goals.
6. Create Your Blueprint
Your personalized blueprint identifies:
- The principal issues to address
- Factors that may be contributing
- Immediate priorities
- Recommended treatments
- Foundational health strategies
- Monitoring and follow-up needs
- Longer-term opportunities
7. Begin Treatment
Your physician reviews the recommendations with you and determines which treatments are appropriate to begin.
Treatment may include foundational changes, personalized nutraceuticals, prescriptions, hormone or peptide therapy, IV or injection therapies, advanced procedures, or specialist collaboration.
8. Measure, Learn & Refine
Your plan evolves as your biology, response, and priorities change.
We may follow progress through:
- Symptoms and patient-reported experience
- Repeat laboratory testing
- Body composition
- Strength, fitness, and performance measures
- Sleep, recovery, activity, heart rate, and other wearable data
- Continuous glucose monitoring when appropriate
- Treatment response and tolerability
Wearable and connected-health data can help reveal patterns that a single office visit or laboratory result may not capture. Your physician uses these trends alongside clinical findings—not in isolation—to refine the plan over time.
