Precision Introduction

$295 · 25 Minutes · Video or Phone

A focused conversation for patients who want to discuss their primary goals, understand how the practice works, ask whether the approach may be a good fit, and decide whether to proceed with a Comprehensive Precision Evaluation.

If you begin a Comprehensive Precision Evaluation within 30 days, the $295 fee is credited toward its cost.

The Precision Introduction is not intended for comprehensive medical evaluation, interpretation of extensive testing, prescribing, or development of a treatment plan.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are nonrefundable.

Comprehensive Precision Evaluation

$795–$1,000

An in-depth starting point for patients ready to proceed with individualized evaluation, testing strategy, and treatment planning.

The process includes:

• Detailed health assessment
• Review of current concerns and goals
• Review of available medical records and prior testing
• Comprehensive physician consultation
• Identification of principal clinical priorities
• Individualized testing recommendations
• Initial plan for next steps

Fees vary by physician. Your exact consultation fee is shown before booking.

Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, supplements, procedures, and follow-up visits are priced separately unless specifically stated otherwise.

First Follow-Up Consultation

$550–$600

The first follow-up provides time to review findings, address clinical questions, and initiate the treatment plan.

Fees vary by physician and are confirmed before booking.

Ongoing Care Membership

$195–$350 per month

Ongoing membership begins after the initial evaluation, first follow-up consultation, and initiation of treatment.

Membership is required for continued care and for scheduling future physician appointments. The monthly fee is determined by the treating physician and is confirmed before membership begins.

Membership provides:

• Continued access to the practice
• Ongoing care coordination
• Maintenance of the individualized plan
• Tracking of testing, treatment, and clinical priorities
• Prescription and supplement coordination
• Integration of relevant wearable and connected-health data
• Access to member appointment scheduling
• Secure non-urgent communication with the care team

Physician consultations are not included in the monthly membership fee. Each appointment is billed separately at the applicable follow-up rate.

Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, supplements, procedures, and outside services are also billed separately.

When Membership Begins

Membership is not required to:

• Complete the Discovery Questionnaire
• Schedule a Precision Introduction
• Complete the Comprehensive Precision Evaluation
• Attend the first follow-up consultation in which treatment is initiated

Membership begins after initial treatment is started and is required before additional physician appointments can be scheduled.

Treatment-Specific Consultations

Some advanced treatments require a separate paid consultation or additional clinical screening before eligibility can be determined.

A consultation does not guarantee that a requested treatment will be prescribed or performed.
